We are currently taking sign ups for the WINTER ART CLASSES. Western Art History will begin on January 5th, 10, and 11th and run for seven weeks (Hobby Lobby Class will be meeting a week early because of inventory at the store later in January). This class will cover Art History from the Renaissance to the present. Students will learn about the major styles and kinds of paintings, artists and mediums used. As you can imagine, we will be covering lots of materials in a short amount of time! Some of the projects we will do include Mona Lisa Reproduced (elementary art classes), Monet's Garden (intermediate art classes), and Paint Your Own Masterpiece (advanced art classes).

The cost for the seven weeks of art classes is $70 for the first child and 5$ less for each additional child. (First child:$70, second child: $65, third child: $60, etc.) Cost includes a $10 materials fee, art festival expenses and facility use fee. An art folder, sketchbook, pencils, a fine tip sharpie pen and erasers will need to be purchased and brought THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS. Advanced students will need to purchase a blank book with a hard cover (approximately 5x7-8x10" size for the first class) along with some drawing pencils, ruler, and canvas. You will save $5 on the total cost (not per student) if you pay by Monday, January 2nd). The Art Festival will be held on Friday, March 2 after a week held open for makeup classes.
